Quick Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) package Louis Kemp® Crab Delights®, Flake Style, shredded
1 avocado, peeled and seeded
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1/4 cup minced cilantro
1 jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
24 fresh button mushrooms (about 1 1/2 lbs.), cleaned, stems removed

Instructions
In bowl, combine Crab Delights®, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeño and lemon or lime juice. Mix with fork, roughly mashing avocado, until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
