Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. crushed dried basil
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup cream cheese

Instructions
Sauté garlic in margarine for 1 minute.
Add basil and pepper, followed by spinach and parmesean cheese.
Heat through, stirring frequently. Stir in Mayonnaise and cream cheese.

Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
