Crab and Artichoke Melts

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights®, Flake Style, chopped
1 can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onion
  Salt and pepper
4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted

Preheat oven to 400˚ F. In large bowl combine first five ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top English muffins with mixture. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake until puffy and golden, about 10 minutes.
