Crab Gazpacho Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights®
1 cup dry orzo pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 cup each chopped cucumber and celery
1/4 cup each diced red onion, red bell pepper and green
bell pepper
1/4 cup light Italian dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup medium thick and chunky salsa
  salt & pepper to taste

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool. In large bowl mix together the pasta and olive oil. Add the remaining ingredients and toss together well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
