Quick Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) package Louis Kemp Crab Delights®, Flake Style, shredded |
| 1 | avocado, peeled and seeded |
| 1 | small tomato, seeded and chopped |
| 2 tbsp. | minced red onion |
| 1/4 cup | minced cilantro |
| 1 | jalapeño pepper, stemmed, seeded and minced (optional) |
| 1 tbsp. | lemon or lime juice |
| salt and freshly ground pepper | |
| 24 | (about 1 1/2 lbs.) fresh button mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed |
In a large bowl combine Crab Delights, avocado, tomato, onion, cilantro, jalapeño and lemon or lime juice. Mix with fork, roughly mashing avocado, until blended. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
