Ingredients

4 Idaho potatoes
1/2 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper to taste
White Sauce (ingredients below)
2 8 oz. packages of Louis Kemp® Crab Delights® Flake Style
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese

White Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare mashed potatoes. Peel and cut potatoes into cubes, cook in boiling salted water for 40 minutes or until tender. Mash with potato masher or potato ricer, add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
2. Prepare White Sauce. Melt butter in small saucepan. Add flour and mix over low heat for 1 minute. Add milk and mix until smooth. Continue to cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside.
3. Preheat the oven to 375F. In a shallow, 1½ quart ovenproof dish spread the mashed potatoes evenly on the bottom. On top of potato, sprinkle the Louis Kemp Crab Delights. Add the White Sauce on top the Louis Kemp Crab Delights. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the sauce. Bake in the oven 20 to 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is golden brown.
Serve hot.
