Ingredients

8 oz. uncooked penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
1 package (8 oz.) Louis Kemp® Crab or Lobster Delights®

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and bell pepper. Cook and stir for 1 to 2 minutes, then add the wine. Stir in Alfredo sauce and Crab or Lobster Delights®. Heat until hot. Serve over cooked pasta.
