Lobster Alfredo Pasta Primavera

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights® |
| 3 cups | dry penne pasta |
| 1 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 1 cup | diced zucchini |
| 1 cup | sliced fresh mushrooms |
| 1/2 cup | diced red bell pepper |
| 1 tbsp. | chopped garlic |
| 1/2 cup | dry white wine |
| 2 cups | (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce |
| 1 tsp. | dry basil leaves |
| 1 tsp. | lemon juice |
Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and red peppers. Cook, stirring often for 1 - 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook a few seconds, then add the wine. Stir in Alfredo sauce, Lobster Delights, basil and lemon juice. Cook until heated through. Serve over the cooked pasta.
