Lobster Alfredo Pasta Primavera

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights®
3 cups dry penne pasta
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup diced zucchini
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1/2 cup dry white wine
2 cups (16 oz.) Alfredo sauce
1 tsp. dry basil leaves
1 tsp. lemon juice

Cook pasta according to package directions. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add zucchini, mushrooms and red peppers. Cook, stirring often for 1 - 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook a few seconds, then add the wine. Stir in Alfredo sauce, Lobster Delights, basil and lemon juice. Cook until heated through. Serve over the cooked pasta.
