Lobster Slaw with Poppy Seed Dressing

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights®, Chunk Style* |
| 1 1/2 tsp. | apple cider vinegar |
| 2 tsp. | Dijon mustard |
| 1 tsp. | honey |
| 1 tbsp. | vegetable oil |
| 1/4 tsp. | poppy seeds |
| 1/4 cup | thickly grated green apple |
| 1/2 cup | thinly shredded green & red cabbage |
| 1 tbsp. | chopped flat leaf parsley |
In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 3 ingredients then slowly whisk in oil. Stir in poppy seeds then add remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
