Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz) Louis Kemp Crab Delights
1 cup dry orzo pasta
1 tbsp. Olive oil
3/4 cup each chopped cucumber and celery
1/4 cup each diced red onion, red bell pepper and green bell pepper
1/4 cup light Italian dressing
1 tbsp. Lemon juice
3/4 cup medium thick and chunky salsa
salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool.In large
bowl mix together the pasta and olive oil. Add the remaining
ingredients and toss together well. Refrigerate for at least
1 hour before serving.
