Ingredients
1 Package (10oz) European salad greens
1 Cup chopped seeded tomato (about 1 large)
1 Cup chopped canned artichokes, drained
1 Package (8oz) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights®, cut into chunks
1 medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into slices
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup bottled Italian Salad Dressing
Instructions
Place salad greens evenly over a large flat serving platter. Top
with rows of vegetables and lobster in the order listed above.
Serve with Italian Dressing on the side.
