Pasta with Tomato Crab Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 | medium onion, chopped |
| 1 | small bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | clove minced garlic |
| 2 tbsp. | olive oil |
| 2 cans | (16 oz. each) diced tomatoes |
| salt and pepper to taste | |
| 1 tsp. | oregano |
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights® |
| 1 lb. | spaghetti pasta, cooked, or other pasta |
In a skillet, combine oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Sauté on stovetop over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Do not brown. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Crab Delights and simmer for another 3 minutes.
Serve sauce warm over pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
