Pasta with Tomato Crab Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

1 medium onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cans (16 oz. each) diced tomatoes
  salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights®
1 lb. spaghetti pasta, cooked, or other pasta

In a skillet, combine oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Sauté on stovetop over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Do not brown. Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper and bring to a boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add Crab Delights and simmer for another 3 minutes.

Serve sauce warm over pasta. Top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
