INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (10 oz.) European salad greens
1 cup (about 1 large) chopped seeded tomato
1 cup chopped canned artichokes, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights®, cut into chunks
1 medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into slices
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup bottled Italian salad dressing

Place salad greens evenly over a large flat serving platter. Top with rows of vegetables and lobster in the order listed above. Serve with Italian dressing on the side.
