Rows and Rows of Salad

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 pkg. | (10 oz.) European salad greens |
| 1 cup | (about 1 large) chopped seeded tomato |
| 1 cup | chopped canned artichokes, drained |
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights®, cut into chunks |
| 1 | medium ripe avocado, seeded, peeled and cut into slices |
| 1 | medium red onion, thinly sliced |
| 1 | cup bottled Italian salad dressing |
Place salad greens evenly over a large flat serving platter. Top with rows of vegetables and lobster in the order listed above. Serve with Italian dressing on the side.
