Seafood Spinach Dip

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 pkg. | (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Lobster Delights® |
| 2 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 tbsp. | margarine |
| 1/2 tsp. | crushed dried basil |
| 1/4 tsp. | ground black pepper |
| 1 pkg. | (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
| 1/4 cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 cup | mayonnaise |
| 1/4 cup | cream cheese |
Sauté garlic in margarine for 1 minute. Add basil and pepper, followed by spinach and Parmesean cheese. Heat through, stirring frequently. Stir in mayonnaise, cream cheese & Lobster Delights®.
Serve with crackers or bread sticks.
