Snappy Seafood Pita Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:
| 2 pkgs. | (8 oz. each) Louis Kemp Crab® or Lobster Delights® (or combine 1 package of each) |
| 1 | medium tomato, chopped |
| 1/2 cup | finely chopped red onion |
| 1/2 cup | chopped green pepper |
| 1/2 cup | plain low-fat yogurt |
| 2 oz. | finely crumbled feta cheese, as desired |
| 1/4 cup | chopped cilantro |
| 1/4 cup | light mayonnaise |
| 1 clove | garlic, minced |
| 1/4 tsp. | freshly ground black pepper |
| 4 - 6 | pita breads, cut in half |
| lettuce leaves |
In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except pita bread and lettuce; mix well. Cover and chill. Serve seafood mixture in pita bread halves lined with lettuce leaves.
