Tropical Crab Salad

INGREDIENTS:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) Louis Kemp Crab Delights®
1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup orange marmalade
2 dashes Tabasco® sauce
4 cups packed spinach leaves, washed (1/2 bag)
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained or 1 mango or papaya, diced
1/4 cup cashews or almonds, chopped

In a large bowl whisk together the lime juice, marmalade and Tabasco until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except nuts, and toss together until salad is coated well with dressing. Sprinkle nuts on top.
