Crab Delights Pepperoni Lasagna
  • 2 quarts Marinara sauce
  • 9 sheets No-cook lasagna noodles
  • 2 8-oz pkg Crab Delights®, flake or chunk style
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup Roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Roasted tomatoes in oil
  • 1-pint Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Granulated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry basil
  • 3/4 lb Mozzarella cheese

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
  2. Spread 1/2 cup sauce along bottom of oven proof lasagna pan, and 3 sheets of noodles on top of sauce
  3. Dollop spoonfuls of ricotta onto noodles, and add layer of Crab Delights® and pepperoni
  4. Sprinkle with garlic, onion, oregano, basil, roasted garlic cloves, roasted tomatoes and mozzarella
  5. Add more sauce
  6. Repeat with 2 more layers
  7. Top with mozzarella cheese
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
