Buffalo Crab Dip made with Louis Kemp Drab Delights

Crab Patty
3 Eggs
1 ½ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs Divided
3 Green Onions Sliced
1 Tablespoon Garlic Chili Sauce
1 16-oz package Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Wasabi Mayo
½ Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Wasabi
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Cup Cucumber Thinly Sliced
1 Avocado Sliced
4 Burger Rolls of your choice

Burger: Combine eggs, 1 cup breadcrumbs, sliced green onions, garlic chili sauce, and crab flakes in a stand-up mixer. Mix using the paddle attachment on medium speed for 3 minutes until the mixture comes together and is sticky. Form four patties approximately 4 inches in diameter by a half inch thick. Preheat vegetable oil on a large skillet over medium high heat. Dredge the patties in the remaining breadcrumbs. Pan fry the patties 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Build: Toast rolls if desired. Spread wasabi mayo on each roll. Layer the cucumber and avocado onto the burgers.
