1 16-oz package Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake
½ Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
2 Tablespoons Siracha
Pich of Salt
20 Wonton Wrappers cut in half at a diagonal into triangles
Vegetable Oil for frying
1 Avocado Sliced
½ Cup Cucumber Diced
Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish
Nacho Crab: Hand shred the crab flakes to desired size. Mix with mayonnaise, lime juice, siracha, and salt. Chill in refrigerator.
Wonton Chips: Heat oil to 350° for frying. Fry wanton triangles approximately 30 seconds or until golden brown. Drain and cool on paper towels.
Nachos: Layer the wonton chips, nacho crab, sliced avocado, diced cucumber, and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
