Ingredients
- 2 packages (8 oz each) Crab Delights®, Flake or Chunk Style
- ¾ Cup Red Onion, chopped
- ½ Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- ¼ Cup Jalapeño, diced
- 2 Cups Roma Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ Cup Olive oil
- ½ Cup Fresh Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Pepper
- 2 Cups Guacamole
- Tortilla Chips

Directions
In a large bowl, combine Crab Delights® with all ingredients except for guacamole.
Cover and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Serve chilled over guacamole with tortilla chips.
Nachos redux
This recipe is ridiculously easy and I had all ingredients in my ice chest already ( we made this while we were camping). I didn’t have chipotle peppers but I did have chipotle pepper powder. I topped with some shredded cheese and popped it into a dutch over over the fire. Topped with mexican crema and was divine!
