  • 3 stalks celery, chopped

  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 can diced green chilis

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 2 TBS butter

  • 2 TBS flour

  • 12 oz Crab Delights, flake style

  • 3 cups cooked egg noodles

  • Crushed potato chips for garnish

  • Preheat oven to 350°

  • Melt butter and add onion and celery. Sauté until tender. Add flour and cook for 3 minutes. Add mushroom soup, green chilis, milk, parsley, and Crab Delights. Mix and add noodles.

  • Place in oven proof dish and sprinkle with potato chips. Bake for 30 minutes, until heated through.
